Dancing is great for you as it gets the heart pumping and the blood flowing. Dancing increases the heart and lungs efficiency as well as provide for a social and fun atmosphere. These days’ most of us tune into channels to watch upcoming dancing talents or our favorite stars learning and performing difficult dance moves to compete for the grand prize in realty shows. Then shouldn’t we dedicate a day to celebrate dancing?
We at Inshape don’t miss any opportunity to make you active and that involves dancing. Special classes like Zumba or Masala Bhangra give you an opportunity to learn different dance moves on a variety of international rhythms in a fun environment while improving your fitness.
I would like quote the Lee Ann Womack song, “when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance!” So get ready to get up, dance and connect with millions of others across the world that would be moving and dancing to their favorite tune.
For the first time at Inshape we will celebrate the World Dance Day, aka International Dance Day, on 29th April 2013. International Dance Day has been celebrated around the globe since its’ founding in 1982 by UNESCO’s International Dance Council.
Our next event “TOGETHER WE DANCE” is designed to celebrate this moment or as I would say movement (exercise) or you may say a movement (revolution).
