At Inshape we have never been content to provide merely an exercising facility. Our belief, (i.e. fitness is just the beginning), our unique approach, incredible list of members and highly committed staff helped us achieve these milestones.

Year 1995:

First facility in the country to promote the concept of Total Health (mind-body-spirit).

Year 1996:

Formed Runners Club to promote athletic training and to provide indoor-outdoor exercising options; another first of it’s kind.

Year 1999:

Changed our approach towards food from typical calorie restricted (hunger prone), negative approach (don’t eat this etc.) to a more sensible, positive approach (i.e. focus on what to eat).

Year 2000:

Officially recommended meal replacements for effective weight management, much before Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad research study substantiated it in 2006.

Year 2003:

Brought in the concept of lifestyle management by developing programs around priorities and the lifestyle of the person.

Year 2004:

Introduced Optimum Fitness Training as per NASM* guidelines to improve the quality of movement and core stability.

Year 2007:

Combined the principles of exercise, food and nutrition to provide an effective and lasting weight management solution.

Year 2009:

Started postural assessments, movement screening and evidence based training to provide specific, measurable benefits to members.

Year 2011:

Started 2 new world class facilities in Talwandi and Indravihar to expand our reach and added new programs based on the concept of ‘Life Cycle’ (i.e. special programs for Kids under the age 12 and Sr. Citizens above the age 60 years). With these 3 facilities we can now provide Gym, Sports, Nutrition and Leisure facilities to city.
